How it works

From signing up to the first payout, step by step

TALANT Tech pays employees and contractors across Russia and the CIS. Below is the whole path: what you do, what happens on our side, and how long it takes. Two roles, two different paths — pick yours.

Which one are you?

CompanyYou pay employees or contractorsThe company path is two checks, a contract, and money on the balance. Until the checks pass, the account stays closed; until a signed contract exists, the balance cannot be funded. After that it moves quickly: invite people and file a payout.10 stepsRecipientYou are paid through TALANT TechYour path is short: accept the invitation, verify your identity, and say where the money should go. After that the account is only there for looking at payouts and documents.5 steps
