Platform: TALANT Tech (talant.tech / talant.tech)
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between PT Atknin Global Science ("Operator", "we", "us") and any individual or legal entity ("User", "you") using the TALANT Tech platform ("Platform").
1.2. By registering on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms. The current version is always available at talant.tech/en-terms.
2.1. TALANT Tech provides services for automating contractor and employee payment management, including:
3.1. To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate information about your company and contact person.
3.2. You agree to provide current and truthful information during registration and to update it promptly when changes occur.
3.3. You are responsible for the security of your credentials (login, password) and for all activities conducted through your account.
3.4. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or block an account in case of violation of these Terms or provision of false information.
4.1. After registration, your account undergoes a verification process. The Operator may request additional documents to confirm company information.
4.2. Until verification is complete, access to certain Platform features may be restricted.
4.3. The Operator reserves the right to decline verification without providing reasons.
6.1. Service fees are determined in accordance with the current pricing published on the Platform.
6.2. The Operator may change pricing by providing at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
6.3. All commissions are automatically deducted when transactions are processed through the Platform.
7.1. The Platform is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Platform.
7.2. The Operator shall not be liable for losses arising from:
8.1. All rights to the Platform, including source code, design, trademarks, and content, belong to the Operator.
8.2. Use of Platform materials is permitted only within the functionality provided by the Platform.
9.1. These Terms take effect upon registration and remain in force until account deletion.
9.2. You may cease using the Platform at any time by submitting an account deletion request to support@talant.tech.
9.3. The Operator may terminate the agreement unilaterally in case of material breach of Terms by the User.
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the Operator's jurisdiction.
